I came to the ALM conference this year for the first time and found it to be very beneficial. Especially assistance in writing ALM curriculum aligned with MTSS. Made me really think hard about the units I was teaching and why. Also, the conference helped me organize what needs to be taught when to help students grow in the Autonomous Learner Model and acquire the skills they need.
Thanks Cindy for your patience and asking the critical questions.

This year's conference was once again an amazing learning experience as well as an opportunity to build true connections to others across the US who believe in student centered learning!

Great idea, Kathy! Maybe we can start some conversations before the conference, and continue them afterward! I look forward to seeing you again in Estes next month - I am bringing another teacher with me this time!

This would be a terrific place for everyone attending the ALM / ALPS Conference this year to reflect, share, and slingshot others' learning.

I know I've never been able to get out there, but hear so much! I wonder if others would find the virtual sharing as valuable in their classrooms and at home?
