A little about me:
I've taught gifted for four years, third grade for one year. Now, I'm making the shift to something part-time in the field of gifted education. Any suggestions?

I have two children of my own who were identified as gifted in elementary school and now are or have completed their college education. I'm married to the poster-child for the creatively gifted of the 1960's. Learning and teaching the gifted is a challenge that keeps me constantly learning and striving to meet their unique needs.

For more info that may help you plan for a homeschooling convention in Texas, visit http://www.apachecentralillinois.org/convention.php
and contact its leaders. They may be able to help you.
The convention last March that you mentioned was theirs, not IAGC's.
