Thanks for the invitation to 2.0. I'm hoping it'll help me to get ideas from other people and a little more confidence in the use of all these "new" tools.
Currently, my school district is making plans to rebuild one of the elementary buildings. So, my math students are learning how to create scale model drawings in order to submit their design plans for the new school. They are making a real-world connection to school math. What grades do you work with and what are some of the activities your students are working on?
