I teach gifted kids from 1 - 8th grade. I do pull out, replacement, and enrichment classes. I want to use technology with the kids as much as possible.

We are working on some pretty intense reading projects in our program. third grade is reading Number the Stars and loving every bit of it. 6th grade is working on Touching Spirit Bear. The boys are so enamored by this book. SO vivid and descriptive. Anyone do any of these books before? What really worked/ What didn't?

I teach 4th grade gifted. I have a different group of children every day from 16 area schools. We actually take a bus to the schools and pick them up and bring them back to the school that I have a classroom.
