Kathy,
ESSDACK bills for my services. My website: http://kevinhoneycutt.org shares a lot of information about what I do. I do an inservice called "opening the 21st century toolbox" where I share a lot of free and exciting tools with teachers but I can custom design a lot of different presentations and trainings. ESSDACK member districts get me for $500 per day and non-member districts pay $1000 per day. We do half days too. Jenny at ESSDACK can tell you more.
